On the sunny island of Tenerife, a favorite destination for many tourists, a shocking revelation has emerged. A group of employees at one of the busiest airports in the Canary Islands has been accused of organized theft from travelers' luggage. According to police reports, valuables worth millions of euros have disappeared from tourists' suitcases.

The case came to light following a growing number of complaints from tourists returning from Tenerife without their valuable belongings. The police arrested 14 airport employees and seized a significant amount of stolen items, including cash, jewelry, luxury watches, expensive mobile phones, and other electronic devices. The total value of the confiscated goods is estimated at nearly two million euros. An additional 20 airport employees are being investigated while at liberty, suggesting that the extent of the thefts could be even greater. This incident has cast a shadow over the reputation of the airport, which annually handles over ten million passengers.
